Sensus is a 2D explorative game that helps users navigate modern challenges using familiar technologies. It focuses on authenticity and well-being in an anxious, self-staging world, encouraging players to explore their inner selves.
The game visually represents therapy's impact on the brain, illustrating neuroplasticity as new pathways form, shifting thought patterns and perceptions. Players engage in mindfulness by exploring neural “trees,” setting goals, and addressing habits or emotions tied to therapy stages.
Designed in collaboration with psychologists, Sensus is free, web-accessible, and fosters community, providing a tool for self-improvement regardless of financial background.
